Job Summary:Seeking a skilled Security Vulnerability Remediation Analyst to review and prioritize security vulnerabilities, document findings, and collaborate with teams to ensure effective remediation.Review vulnerability scan results to identify potential threats, validate severity, and prioritize remediation efforts.Document and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, including justification for false positives and exception requests.Collaborate with development teams to implement remediation strategies, creating Jira tickets as needed to track progress.Maintain accurate records of triage decisions and provide regular updates on remediation progress.Requirements & Qualifications:Strong understanding of application security principles, including common vulnerability types and remediation best practices.Experience developing web applications in a PHP/MySQL environment, with hands-on experience with DAST, SAST, SCA, CSPM, and infrastructure scanning tools.Familiarity with Jira and GitHub workflows for issue tracking and exception handling, with ability to adapt to changing requirements.Skills & Experience:Proficient in security analysis, threat modeling, and risk assessment.Ability to analyze complex security data, identify trends, and develop effective remediation strategies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
