We are looking for:Exciting times lie ahead At Collegedunia, one of the leading educational portals, we are currently looking for a talented individual to join our innovative and passionate team.Responsibilities and Duties:● Counsel students through outbound/inbound calls and explain course details, eligibility, fees & admission process● Make 150+ calls per day with talktime of at least 1.5 hours.● Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with students and families.● Address student concerns promptly to ensure a smooth and supportive counseling experience.● Provide guidance on academic pathways, course selections, and career options.● Maintain accurate student records and documentation for future reference.● Update and manage student interactions, progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system.● Collect feedback and encourage positive referrals from satisfied students.● Collaborate with internal teams and educational institutions to resolve issues.Requirements● Bachelor's degree in any discipline; education, psychology, or management preferred.● Experience in student counselling, admissions, or education sales (EdTech experience is a plus). ● ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to understand student academic profiles and career goals.● Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.LocationOnsite GurgaonBudget Upto 18k per month
