As a Swiss Army Knife of digital creation, you'll be responsible for building ideas into reality.You'll work closely with our Creative Lead to execute high-volume content and product designs at lightning speed. No strategist required; we need someone who can turn concepts into tangible assets.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Design & UI (Figma)Execution: Take rough sketches or concepts from the Lead and transform them into polished screens in Figma.Basic UX: Apply core UX principles to ensure designs are functional and developer-ready.System Maintenance: Keep our design files organized and update components as our brand evolves.Video & Motion ProductionVideo Editing: Turn raw footage or screen recordings into engaging videos (demos, socials, ads). You'll handle the cuts, pacing, and sound design.Motion Graphics: Add visual interest to our content—animated text overlays, smooth transitions, and logo animations to elevate static assets.Output: Execute briefs perfectly, without deciding on trends.High-Volume DesignAsset Scaling: Create variations of templates, social graphics, and marketing assets rapidly.Speed: Deliver design requests in hours, not days.Requirements:Startup Experience: You've worked in a fast-paced startup or agency before, understanding the urgency.Portfolio: Showcase both static design (UI/Graphics) and moving design (Video/Motion) skills.Tool Stack: Fluency in Figma (must know auto-layout) and Video Tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut).Skills:Speed: Work quickly, using shortcuts to deliver results efficiently.Basic UX: Understand user flow and apply core UX principles effectively.Motion Eye: Know how to create smooth animations (easing, timing).Graphic Design: Solid understanding of layout and composition.Bonus Skills:3D Design: Experience with Spline or Blender for creating 3D assets.YouTube Knowledge: Understand click-worthy thumbnails and editing for retention.Webflow/Framer: Ability to implement designs on the web.BenefitsRemote WorkAsync CommunicationFun EnvironmentAutonomy and Ownership: You drive execution and control your hours.Continuous Learning: Engage in meaningful work and challenging projects.
