About the Role We’re looking for a high-agency operator to work directly with the Founder and Chief of Staff on high-impact GTM and strategic initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll collaborate with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive market expansion, sharpen cybersecurity positioning, and accelerate revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Drive founder’s office initiatives across GTM strategy, sales acceleration, and global expansion. Lead strategic partnerships and ecosystem programs to strengthen market presence Support fundraising and board discussions with analytical insights and GTM metrics Identify and assess whitespace opportunities across cybersecurity domains for potential market entry. Program-manage cross-functional growth projects end-to-end Ideal Profile 4 - 6 years of experience in GTM strategy, consulting, or founder’s office roles , with some exposure to cybersecurity Strong analytical and business acumen , with the ability to translate strategy into actionable outcomes Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, velocity, and ownership .
