Job Summary:To succeed in this role, you will be implementing, configuring and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM modules.You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements.Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of working on end-to-end implementations and providing post-go-live support.Responsibilities:Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management and OTL.Perform functional testing, prepare test scripts and support UAT.Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests.Create and maintain documentation, training materials and SOPs.Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations and customizations.Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:At least 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows and security roles.Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.Understanding of HR processes and policies.Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas and BI Reports is a plus.Strong communication, documentation and client interaction skills.Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.Preferred Modules Experience:Core HR.Payroll (Country-specific).Absence Management.Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).Talent Management / Recruitment / Performance.Benefits & Compensation.
