Cloud Security ExpertIn this role, you'll be responsible for advancing the security of our entire technology stack, covering both on-premises and cloud environments. You will design, implement, and enforce comprehensive policies that cover cloud resources as well as traditional infrastructure.Security Architecture: Develop a governance framework that incorporates adherence to industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and CIS benchmarks for all our infrastructure.Policy Management and Automation: Define policy-as-code and integrate continuous compliance checks into our CI/CD pipelines. Build automated guardrails across cloud, containers, and virtual machines to ensure secure configurations and prevent drift.Infrastructure Security and Drift Detection: Implement automated alerting and self-healing playbooks for network segments, firewall rules, Kubernetes clusters, and endpoints to maintain a robust security posture.Monitoring and Incident Response: Set up Cloud Audit Logs, SIEM exports, and custom alerts for critical security events. Lead root-cause analysis, develop detection logic, and create runbooks for cloud-wide incidents.To succeed in this position, you will need:A minimum of 5 years of experience in driving security and compliance initiatives in highly regulated environments, securing cloud-native platforms and hybrid infrastructures with a deep understanding of fintech and portfolio management standards.Extensive knowledge of GCP security features (IAM, KMS, VPC Service Controls, Cloud Logging/Audit, WAF, SecOps) and Kubernetes application hardening.Strong skills in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or equivalent) and GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux).Proficiency in Python scripting and policy-as-code frameworks (OPA, Gatekeeper).Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts into clear policies and remediation plans.As a cloud security expert, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's digital presence. We are looking for an individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver a robust security posture.
