The Digital Marketing Specialist role is responsible for architecting and deploying marketing strategies focused on sales acceleration and return on ad spend (ROAS) enhancement. The role demands a strategic thinker with a robust analytical acumen who can align campaigns with the company's financial goals and vision.


Responsibilities >>

  • Architect and deploy performance marketing strategies to accelerate sales and enhance ROAS.
  • Pilot and perfect paid advertising campaigns for our multiple brands, across platforms like Google Ads, META Ads and Marketplace Platforms like Home Depot, Target, Macy's amongst others.
  • Analyze keywords, audience specifications, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement.
  • Conceptualize, implement and optimize SEO strategies for our websites.
  • Conduct A/B testing and apply optimization methodologies to refine campaign elements such as ad placements, formats, targeting, and bid management.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams, including designers and copywriters, to ensure campaign coherence and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in advertising platforms, leveraging insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Provide detailed reports and analyses on the impact of campaigns.
