Job Title: Senior Data Science ExpertWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Scientist to spearhead the development of cutting-edge Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic systems.Transform complex business challenges into impactful AI solutions by designing and building advanced generative AI models.Own AI projects end-to-end: conceptualization, prototyping, scalable deployment, and monitoring.Develop high-performance Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models using state-of-the-art architectures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI systems.Technical Skills You'll NeedProgramming & FrameworksAdvanced Python programming skills with expertise in multiprocessing and async programming.Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, HuggingFace Transformers, and Diffusers.Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, W&B, Kubeflow, and CUDA.Generative & Agentic AIProficiency in RAG (standard, graph-based, vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel.Fine-tuning diffusion models using Stable Diffusion, Flux.1, ControlNet, and DreamBooth.Expertise in LLM fine-tuning using LoRA, QLoRA on Llama3, Mistral, CodeLlama, Falcon, Gemma.Machine Learning & Deep LearningXGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, clustering, PCA/UMAP.CNNs, RNNs/LSTMs, Transformers (BERT, ViT, GPT).GNNs (GraphSAGE, GAT), Time-series (Prophet, TFT).Computer VisionYOLO (v5–v8), DETR, Faster R-CNN.OCR: PaddleOCR, Tesseract, EasyOCR, LayoutLM.Video analytics: DeepSORT, ByteTrack.Optimization & DeploymentTensorRT, ONNX, quantization, pruning, distillation.Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIs.Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, App Services.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.3.5-7 years experience in ML/AI with proven end-to-end solution delivery.Strong fundamentals in ML/DL, optimization, modeling.Experience deploying production-level ML/LLM solutions.Publications, open-source contributions, or patents are a plus.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.We offer opportunities for growth and innovation in the field of AI.
