Generative AI EngineerThis is a senior leadership role within our team, responsible for driving the vision and technical direction of generative AI.We are seeking an exceptional individual with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and large-scale model development. The successful candidate will have experience working with multimodal datasets, including text, images, and 3D data.The ideal candidate will be able to lead technical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation through research and experimentation.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.8+ years of experience in ML/Data Science with a focus on generative AI, LLMs, or computer vision.Expertise in large-scale Transformer-based models (GPT, VLMs).Experience working with cloud microservices (AWS).Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and pandas.Solid foundation in probability, statistics, and optimisation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Responsibilities:1. Technical Leadership: Define the AI vision and technical direction; establish best practices for the Generative AI team.2. Strategy & Roadmap: Shape and execute the AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases.3. Model Development: Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and large language models (LLMs) for multimodal document and data processing.4. Multimodal Innovation: Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated solutions.5. Scalable Engineering: Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and model training workflows.6. Cloud Deployment: Train, optimize, and deploy AI models using AWS and modern MLOps practices.7. Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to embed AI into real-world products and workflows.8. Mentorship: Guide and upskill team members on ML architecture and best practices.9.
