Test Automation SpecialistJob Summary:This is a highly demanding position that requires an experienced professional with expertise in test automation, project management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and testing, with experience in leading teams and managing projects from start to finish.The key responsibilities of this position include:Planning, executing, and monitoring the progress of multiple projects simultaneously;Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements;Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables;Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment;Providing technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project execution;Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions;Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements and best practices;Requirements:Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Preferably certified in IT project management (e.g., PMP, CISM) and/or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH).Experience:At least 10 years of experience in software development and testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience with agile methodologies, version control systems, and project management tools.Skills:Strong technical skills in software development and testing, with expertise in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python), testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG), and Agile methodologies;Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams;Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results under tight deadlines;Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions;Strong knowledge of security principles and practices, including threat modeling, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
