Project Monitoring SpecialistOur team seeks a skilled Project Monitoring Specialist to join our organization. This role will focus on the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks, ensuring timely and precise data reporting.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks and systems throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.Collect, verify, and analyze field data to ensure accuracy and reliability.Develop and enhance data collection tools, formats, and methodologies.Participate in field surveys and assessments to facilitate timely and precise data reporting.Enter, clean, and manage beneficiary monitoring databases.Prepare monthly and quarterly M&E reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Identify key performance trends, challenges, and learning opportunities to inform project improvements.Participate in capacity-building initiatives, including training workshops for project teams and community stakeholders.Coordinate with external evaluators and stakeholders to support project assessments and reviews.Conduct research and share insights on best practices in rural development, CSR compliance, and project monitoring.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum RequirementsMBA or Master's degree in Population Studies, Demography, Statistics, or related field.4-6 years of work experience in project monitoring, evaluation, or related fields.
