Generative AI Model DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Generative AI Model Developer to join our team.About the Role:The Generative AI Model Developer will design, develop and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models for various enterprise use cases.Key Responsibilities:Developing and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI models using Python, Java or Node.js backends.Building and integrating LLM-based applications for tasks such as chatbots, summarization, document Q&A, report generation and code assistants.Applying prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation and context-aware pipelines to ensure accuracy and relevance.Collaborating with architects to design scalable and secure AI service architectures.Implementing AI/ML pipelines for model training, validation and deployment using tools like MLflow, Vertex AI or Azure ML.Evaluating and improving model performance, drift monitoring and continuous improvement processes.Ongoing optimization of inference performance and cost through techniques such as model compression, quantization and API optimization.Ensuring compliance with AI ethics, security and governance standards.Preparing and curating high-quality datasets for model training.Applying data preprocessing, tokenization and embedding generation techniques.Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases.Contributing to the development of a strategic AI adoption roadmap and reusable AI platform components.Supporting proof-of-concepts, pilots and full-scale implementations with agile delivery methodologies.Documenting and presenting solution designs, technical findings and results to leadership and clients.Required Skills:Strong experience in designing, developing and deploying generative AI models.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java and Node.js.Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Keras.Experience with large language models and their integration with enterprise systems.Strong understanding of AI ethics, security and governance principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Benefits:A competitive salary package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Others:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.If you are passionate about AI and have a strong desire to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply.
