Job Title: Senior InspectorAs a Senior Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and integrity of renewable energy equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on new challenges.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Inspector to coordinate and perform pre-dispatch and post-dispatch inspections for renewable energy equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a proven track record of identifying defects and improving processes.The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in interpretation of drawings, specifications and test procedures, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and conduct pre-dispatch and post-dispatch inspections for renewable energy equipment.Develop and implement inspection plans and checklists, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Monitor and report on inspection results, highlighting trends and areas for further investigation.Qualifications:Education Background:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or physics.Professional Knowledge:Ability to correctly interpret drawings, specifications and test procedures for PV Module.Professional Qualification:At least 5 years' experience in Quality Control (factory or on-site) and at least 5 year's experience in a PV Module technical position.Management Skills:Minimum 1-2 years management experience required.Computer Skills:Good command of Microsoft Office.Language Skills:Highly proficient in spoken and written English.Other Requirements:High ethics, outstanding communication skills, problem solver; 80+% of time on the inspection site is requested.
