Job Title: System AdministratorWe are seeking an experienced System Administrator to oversee the management and maintenance of our T24 system.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for COB processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.Main Responsibilities:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for T24 COB processes.Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.Monitor COB processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth COB processing.Troubleshoot and resolve COB-related issues.Analyze and resolve complex technical problems.Administer and maintain the T24 system.Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues.Maintain and update COB procedures and documentation.Prepare and submit regular reports on COB operations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.5+ years of experience in T24, with a focus on providing technical support and troubleshooting for COB processes.In-depth knowledge of T24/Transact system architecture.Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices.Certifications: T24 certification or equivalent experience.
