About Travel & Payments & Mitt Arv (Payroll company) T&P is a Payments Consulting firm with the Partners having 100+ cumulative years of experience across companies like VISA, Uber, JP Morgan Chase, Expedia, Microsoft, Paypal, Shopback (Hoolah) and 40+ freelance consultants providing high profile, high impact business and management consulting services in the payments domain. T&P has partnered with to open a GCC center in India. We have already onboarded 11 people who work exclusively for Yuno under the payroll of Mitt Arv. Mitt Arv is a Product + Services company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Travel & Payments Consulting Services Pte Ltd (Singapore) - About Yuno At Yuno, we are building the payment infrastructure that enables all companies to participate in the global market. About the role • Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and decision-making within your squad. • Participate in the agile software development process, ensuring technical excellence and efficient delivery. • Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers, fostering growth and best practices. • Take ownership of the full lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. • Collaborate closely with product and business teams to align technical decisions with business goals. • Architect, design, and implement APIs and microservices using cutting-edge technologies. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards, security, and automation practices. • Help shape Yuno’s technical roadmap and advocate for engineering excellence across the organization. The skills you need Minimum Qualifications • Proficiency in Golang. • Experience with Kotlin/Java is a plus. • 7+ years of backend development experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Experience designing and maintaining microservice architectures. • Strong understanding of SQL and Postgres. • Familiarity with OWASP security principles. • Experience using Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Autonomy, adaptability, and ownership of your deliverables. • Fluent English (written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the payment industry. • Experience integrating Payment Service Providers. • Knowledge in Frontend languages. • Experience leading small technical initiatives or mentoring developers. • Strong architectural mindset — able to balance innovation with reliability and scalability.
