Unlocking Team PerformanceWe are seeking a senior data scientist to lead the development of our AI system designed for software teams.The ideal candidate will have experience in building and shipping ML/LLM systems in production, with expertise in data modeling, evaluation, infrastructure, and deployment. They should also be familiar with reliability, precision/recall, and trust, as well as preferring small teams and fast iterations.About the Role:The role involves developing cross-channel communication understanding systems that classify content across email, Slack, issue trackers, and documents into actionable tasks.
