Automation Quality Assurance LeadWe are seeking an expert AI Test Automation Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to spearhead intelligent test generation initiatives utilizing AI tools like AugmentCode.Thoroughly analyze requirement documents and web applications for generating UI and API test cases using AI-assisted workflows.Automate the creation of test scripts using AI-based tools for frameworks like Cypress, Playwright.Collaborate with QA teams to integrate AI-generated test cases into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Refine and validate AI-generated test cases & test scripts using domain expertise and manual review.Develop reusable components and maintain version control of generated test assets.Analyze test results and defects using AI tools to identify patterns and improve test coverage.Required Skills:Proven expertise in UI I test automation using tools like Cypress and PlaywrightFamiliarity with generative models and their outputs.Advanced Prompt Writing Techniques: Using sophisticated linguistic structures to guide AI model outputs.Ability to fine-tune and train AI models on specific datasets, understand overfitting, and apply regularization techniques.Hands-on experience with AI-based test generation tools (e.g., AugmentCode,Co-pilot ,Amazon Q,Testim, Functionize, etc.).Proficiency in Python for automation scripting.Familiarity with requirement analysis, test data preparation, and defect triaging.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
