Job OpportunityA skilled Data Insights Specialist is required to analyze complex datasets, extract meaningful insights and identify trends that drive strategic business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large datasets to extract valuable information, recognize patterns and create actionable recommendations for the organization.Maintain high-quality databases by ensuring data accuracy, integrity and security standards are met.Design user-friendly dashboards and generate reports to facilitate informed decision-making by stakeholders.Apply statistical methods and visualization tools to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Identify opportunities for process optimization and improved data collection methods to enhance overall performance.Stay updated with industry best practices in data analytics and reporting techniques.Provide expert guidance and support to teams on data analysis, visualization and communication strategies.RequirementsStrong proficiency in SQL, Python or R programming languages for data analysis.Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and ability to work with diverse data sets.Knowledge of statistical methods and database management systems to optimize data-driven solutions.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to derive insightful recommendations.Effective communication skills to clearly explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or reporting roles.Hands-on experience with database management and working with structured and unstructured data sources.
