Security and Risk Management ProfessionalThis role involves overseeing and managing safety and security operations across our industrial facilities. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring CCTV feeds, ensuring the safe movement of goods, conducting periodic site inspections, and coordinating with local teams to maintain security standards.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in security operations, preferably in an industrial or logistics environment. Experience in CCTV operations and understanding of warehouse/factory security processes are essential.CCTV Monitoring: Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all warehouses, factories, and offices to identify suspicious activities and escalate immediately.Goods Movement Tracking: Track and document the movement of goods in and out of warehouses and factories, ensuring cross-checking of gate passes, delivery challans, and inward/outward registers.Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct periodic visits to warehouses, factories, and sites to ensure that security protocols are being followed.Incident Management: Respond to alarms, emergencies, or breaches and coordinate with management for quick resolution.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills (Hindi and English) and the ability to interact with diverse teams.
