Job Title: Senior Developer Technical LeadWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer Technical Lead to join our team. This role will lead the development of complex applications using React JS, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in developing responsive pages using Bootstrap or similar frameworks, as well as delivering medium to complex level applications.This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Leverage React JS, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop high-quality applicationsDesign and implement data models and APIs to ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend systemsDevelop and consume RESTful APIs to enhance application functionalityMaintain and improve existing codebases to ensure efficiency and scalabilityCollaborate with designers and product managers to define and deliver application featuresEnsure compliance with industry standards for project delivery, including Agile and Scrum methodologiesRequirements:5+ years of experience in software development, preferably with React JS, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSSStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patternsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issuesFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks like Karma/JESTExperience with code versioning tools like Git/BitbucketStrong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Good knowledge of Redux, Redux saga, or Redux Thunk middlewareExperience with module bundlers like WebpackFamiliarity with industry-standard project delivery frameworks, including Agile and ScrumAbility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
