This role requires expertise in Control-M, PLSQL, and Automic. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing scheduling solutions, contributing to projects requiring workflow automation and job scheduling. The role demands a high level of expertise in relevant technologies and practices.Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in Control-M is mandatory, involving the deployment and management of automated jobs to streamline processes.Extensive experience with PLSQL, a mandatory skill, for efficient database management and optimization.Expertise in Automic is mandatory, helping to improve operational efficiency through integrated automation solutions.Strong knowledge of workflow automation to enhance system interactions and data flow management.Experience in job scheduling to coordinate and optimize the execution of multiple tasks within a given timeframe.Solid understanding of SQL for database querying, data manipulation, and information retrieval in complex systems.Proficiency in Python to develop scripts and tools that facilitate automation and improve system performance.Capability in shell scripting to automate repetitive tasks and manage system functionalities efficiently.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and maintain Control-M job workflows to ensure the efficiency of automated processes.Collaborate with project teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing workflows using Control-M and Automic.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to job scheduling and workflow automation to maintain operational continuity.Work closely with database administrators to ensure efficient use of PLSQL and SQL for data management and tasks execution.Develop and implement Python and shell scripts to support automation initiatives and enhance system workflows.Participate in code reviews, system testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of automation solutions.Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and technical solutions for seamless knowledge transfer.Provide expert guidance and support to junior developers, enhancing team expertise in workflow automation tools.
