Expert Manufacturing AdvisorThe role of this position is to provide in-depth expertise in manufacturing processes, specifically within the SyteLine/CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) platform. This includes offering guidance on solution design and process optimization.Lead end-to-end solution design for Manufacturing & Production modules in SyteLine/CSI.Conduct business process analysis and map requirements to SyteLine best practices.Configure and optimize modules including Manufacturing, Production, Materials, Planning, Scheduling, Shop Floor, Work Orders, BOM/Routes.Provide advanced guidance on APS, MRP, Inventory, Quality, and Order Management.Drive full implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, functional design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SCM, Finance, Operations, IT) to ensure integrated solutions.Resolve complex functional issues and recommend process improvements.Deliver user training, documentation, and change management support.Act as the senior functional authority for manufacturing-related ERP decisions.Key Qualifications15+ years of experience with Infor SyteLine/CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).Deep functional expertise in Manufacturing, Planning, Production, and Supply Chain processes.Proficiency in APS, MRP, BOM, Routing, Scheduling, Work Orders.Strong experience delivering large-scale SyteLine/CSI implementations.Ability to convert business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.Excellent knowledge of module integrations across Manufacturing, Finance, and SCM.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
