Financial Transformation SpecialistJob Summary:Seeking a highly skilled Financial Transformation Specialist with in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO functional consulting to lead the implementation and integration of financial systems, ensuring seamless transformation and compliance with global standards.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough analyses of existing ECC financial reports, mapping data to S/4HANA structures and preparing high-quality functional specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify required attributes for Global Data Lake (GDL) extraction, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection.Develop comprehensive process documentation, FRDs/BRDs, and perform gap analysis to define To-Be processes.Support unit testing, integration testing, and financial data validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Validate GL postings, sub-ledgers, period-end processes, and tax logic to guarantee compliance with global financial reporting templates.Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO functional consulting with expertise in AR, AP, and GL functionalities.Strong understanding of financial systems, including SAP S/4HANA, and experience with report development, data analysis, and problem-solving.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project that drives business growth and innovation.Chance to collaborate with experienced professionals in a dynamic team environment.Professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in SAP FICO functional consulting.
