Automated Test Frameworks Engineer

Job Title: Senior Test EngineerKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Java, Cypress, and API testing for web and API applications.Design, write, and execute test cases and scenarios for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing.Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar libraries to ensure system integration quality.Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and identify testing needs.Debug issues by analyzing application logs, error messages, and stack traces.Continuously improve automation frameworks for efficiency, coverage, and scalability.Work closely with DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).Maintain test environments, ensuring consistency and reliability across the QA lifecycle.Document and communicate testing results, defect statuses, and metrics to stakeholders effectively.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation testing.Strong hands-on experience in Java for building automated test cases.Proficiency with Cypress for end-to-end web application testing.Hands-on experience in API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or Java-based libraries like RestAssured.
