JOB RESPONSIBILITIESMulti-Functional hiring at Mid and Senior levels for Big Brands PAN IndiaManage the entire recruitment process end to end for the clientsCo-ordinate with client HR for new positions, CV screening, interviews and feedbackUnderstand the Job DescriptionHead Hunt the right candidates from the database /portalsDiscuss the job role and align them for the roleLine-up the candidate for interview and coordinate for schedulingEnsure candidate turn-ups for interviewsCo-ordinate the paper work for offer discussion with the shortlist candidateManage and ensure the smooth joining of the selected candidate
Who Can Apply:- If youAre passionate to make a career in HRHave excellent English communication skillsBasic knowledge of MS officePreferably PG with 1 year of experience in recruitment
