Role: Blockchain / Distributed Systems Engineer – Internship (Remote)

We’re looking for a motivated engineering intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll help design, develop and deploy software for distributed systems and contribute to secure back-end services.


What You’ll Do

  • Work with the team to design and implement solutions on decentralized networks
  • Develop and maintain on-chain programs and back-end services
  • Ensure security, scalability and performance of our applications
  • Contribute to back-end web development and overall software projects


What We’re Looking For

  • Knowledge of blockchain / distributed systems fundamentals
  • Understanding of smart contract concepts and cryptography
  • Experience (or coursework) in back-end web development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote team environment
  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Bonus: Experience with Rust or similar systems languages


Compensation

Paid internship – monthly stipend
