Property Operations ManagerAbout the Role:Prioritize facilities' needs to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsOversee property's daily activities and coordinate with the facilities manager and assistant facilities managerManage administrative functions, security issues, and facility services to maintain a safe and efficient work environmentDevelop continuous improvement initiatives in processes to increase productivity and efficiencyManage supplies and service contracts to optimize resourcesParticipate in emergency evacuation procedures and business continuity plans to minimize downtimeMonitor health and safety issues to prevent accidentsRoutine site visits and critical area inspections to identify potential issuesResponsible for tracking tickets raised and closure within Service Level Agreements (SLA)Shift-wise meter reading and stock record updates to track usage and inventoryOn-site vendor management to ensure quality servicesCordination with Landlord teamCordination with Site FM team for daily activitiesPreparing material Bill of Quantities (BOQ) if requiredManaging manpower deployments to meet operational needsInventory management and store management to maintain accurate recordsEnsuring checklists are updated for upkeep of the facilityPreparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track progressEnergy consumption and data management to optimize resourcesManaging weekly, monthly Facilities & Landlord Management Meeting OutcomesMaintaining administration reports to track performanceIncident reports/records and tracker management to minimize downtimeManaging technical equipment data sheets, lining up manpower and vendors according to 52-week Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) calendar schedulesM&E team briefings to keep them informedDaily basis observations and closures to ensure quality servicesRecording PPM & Service reports and time-to-time updates with the PPM plannerWork permits issuance and records to ensure complianceGate pass and material movements to ensure securityProviding data and reports to clients as requiredTime-to-time checking of logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers to maintain accuracyTime-to-time training for M&E teams to enhance their skillsM&E team attendance and records to track performanceShift jobs and 6-day working scheduleKey Skills Required:a.
