Mid-Level - Experience: 6 to 8 Years * Only Experienced Candidates Function: R&D Location: Selaqui, Uttarakhand About Clover Organic: Clover was set up in the year 2008 to create a transformation in the field of organic agriculture, aquaculture and wastewater treatment. We have established a factory and a laboratory in Dehradun to produce advanced organic inputs for all our verticals. The Role This is a mid-level managerial role, reporting to the CEO. Accordingly, the purpose and key expectations would be as follows: Creating new cost-efficient organic products  Improving existing products. Carrying out field trials. Assisting & training the field team with technical inputs. Competencies required: Knowledge In-depth working & knowledge of micro-organisms in Agriculture, Aquaculture, and Wastewater treatment. Basic Microbiological & Molecular techniques. Working knowledge of bio-remediation & probiotics. Proven track record of creating new microbial products/processes in Agriculture, Aquaculture and wastewater treatment. Experience in R&D in the biotech industry. Knowledge of filing patents. Planning and carrying out field trials. An inquisitive mind to offer ideas and suggestions from time to time. Skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail. Strong analytical, Learning and adaptability skills. Problem-Solving skills Open-mindedness to new and innovative ideas Attitude Results driven and having a strong bias for action. Initiative and drive. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Drive to create new ecological solutions. Open to extensive travel. Education and Experience M.Sc. in Microbiology or related fields. 6- 8 years’ experience to fulfil expectations.
