Job Title: Generative AI ArchitectAt the forefront of technological innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Architect to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. As a seasoned expert in AI/ML solution development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying enterprise-level Gen AI systems that transform business operations. Develop and implement RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and multimodal AI systems to drive business growth and efficiency. Implement and optimize RAG architectures, vector search, retrieval workflows, query rewriting, and prompt tuning to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications using frameworks like LangGraph or similar orchestration tools. Integrate, fine-tune, and evaluate open-source LLMs (Llama, GPT-OSS, etc.) and multimodal models for real-world use cases. Measure, refine, and enhance Gen AI solution performance using evaluation frameworks and model metrics. Troubleshoot and debug complex ML and Gen AI workflows with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Requirements: 6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development with at least one production-grade Gen AI use case. Strong practical experience in RAG-based or Agentic AI implementations for global clients. Hands-on expertise with open-source LLMs and multimodal models. Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or similar. Strong understanding of Gen AI evaluation, refinement, and benchmarking. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Bonus Requirements: Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML projects. Knowledge of RAG methodologies, query transformation techniques, prompt optimization strategies.
