What We’re Looking For 🎧 2–3 years of experience in editing short-form podcast clips for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. 💡 Strong sense of storytelling and pacing — able to turn a normal conversation into a scroll-stopping moment. 🎨 Skilled in motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and enhancing engagement visually. ⚡ Sharp-minded , creative thinkers who understand what makes a clip go viral. 🧠 Understanding of current social media trends, captions, and hook strategies .
