The Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules. This role involves configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle Financials applications, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Functional Responsibilities:• Module Configuration:Lead the configuration and implementation of Oracle EBS Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and iExpenses.• Business Process Analysis:Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements to streamline financial operations.• Documentation & Training:Prepare detailed functional specifications, test plans, and user documentation. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.• Support & Maintenance:Provide ongoing support for month-end and year-end financial processes, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.Technical Responsibilities:• Customization & Development:Design and develop custom solutions using Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflows, and BI Publisher.• Integration & Interfaces:Develop and manage integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with MD050/MD070 standards.• Testing & Quality Assurance:Develop and execute test plans for system enhancements and integrations.• Documentation:Maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and configurations.Collaboration & Support:• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.• Post-Implementation Support:Provide post-implementation support and address change requests in a timely manner.• System Upgrades & Compliance:Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring compliance with Oracle standards.Required Skills:• Functional Knowledge:In-depth understanding of Oracle EBS Finance modules and business processes.• Technical Proficiency:Strong skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflows, and BI Publisher. Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and XML Publisher is a plus.• Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Problem-Solving:Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution abilities.Preferred Qualifications:• Certifications:Oracle EBS R12 Financials certification.• Experience:Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is advantageous.• Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
