This individual will be responsible for crafting captivating visual content, driving creative direction, and developing impactful brand experiences across multiple platforms.The ideal candidate will have strong portfolio showcasing campaign-level thinking, not just standalone designs, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience working with real clients, pitches, and presentations.Responsibilities:Develop high-quality static, motion, and advertising creatives for digital campaigns, social media, performance ads, web, and printCollaborate closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, UI/UX designers, video editors, and growth teams to bring ideas to lifeTransform abstract concepts or briefs into compelling visual stories and campaign directions that meet client expectationsMaintain brand consistency and develop design systems across projectsGuide junior designers, review their work, and raise the visual barPresent ideas, justify design decisions, and manage client feedback professionallyTake end-to-end ownership of design delivery timelines and qualityRequirements:Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, brand identity, and digital advertising principlesAbility to create high-impact social media and performance marketing creatives that drive resultsStrong storytelling and conceptual thinking with the ability to multitask and work within fast-paced agency timelinesMotion graphics knowledge is preferred but not requiredExperience designing for performance ads, reels, brand identity, and campaign pitches is essentialAbout Our Team:We're a rapidly growing advertising agency with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.
