We are seeking an experienced BIM project professional to coordinate high-quality 3D models and deliver detailed 4D simulations.Key ResponsibilitiesBIM Model Management: Coordinate and manage high-quality 3D BIM models (Revit) across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.4D Simulation: Create, manage, and deliver detailed 4D simulations in Synchro and/or Fuzor, aligning with real construction schedules.Clash Detection: Perform clash detection and oversee resolution to ensure smooth project execution.Scheduling Integration: Integrate and track project schedules in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera, linked to BIM data.Dashboard Development: Develop and publish dynamic dashboards using Power BI to present project insights and KPIs.Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor BIM teams; allocate tasks to deliver quality outputs on time.Project Workflow Coordination: Coordinate project workflows, document control, and deliverables through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.Client Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for clients and consultants, ensuring clarity, alignment, and proactive communication.Project Monitoring: Monitor project status, resource allocation, and revenue tracking to achieve project and business goals.Technical Innovation: Support technical innovation by developing Dynamo scripts and optimizing digital processes.Qualifications & SkillsA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with a PG Diploma from NICMAR is required.Around 4+ years of experience in BIM and 4D simulation is necessary.Strong expertise in Revit, Synchro, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM 360 is essential.A solid understanding of clash detection, construction sequencing, and multi-disciplinary coordination is required.Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera for project scheduling is necessary.Experience creating interactive dashboards in Power BI is desirable.Excellent English communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles are essential.Experience managing teams and coordinating with international project teams is beneficial.
