Workday Consultant Job OpportunityThe role of a Workday Consultant involves providing expert-level advice and support to clients in implementing and utilizing the Workday platform. This includes planning, prioritizing, and executing work projects, as well as leading and managing small implementation projects.As a Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for developing complex configurations for clients, managing data transformation, and performing EIB Data loads. You will also provide go-live assistance and ongoing support, as well as lead and involve in data conversion activities.You will coordinate with leads for project delivery and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Your duties will include requirements gathering, definition, and investigation of business/technical requirements for client's Absence or Time Tracking needs.Responsibilities include conducting sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of concerned modules, configuring based on filled workbooks, and performing self-reviews and smoke testing of delivered work.You will assist clients with testing of functional modules, drive ops excellence culture, and lead transformational projects with clear visible and measurable impact. Additionally, you will identify and manage issue resolution, interact and communicate effectively with mid and senior level management, and develop/manage communication plans with stakeholders aimed at improved collaboration.To succeed in this role, you must have experience with Workday Project Lifecycle, strong knowledge of Workday modules, in-depth knowledge of Workday object model, and solution design approach around it.You should possess excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as adaptability to learn new skills and manage multiple projects and teams.Job Requirements:
