Please note that this is an in-office role, and the successful candidate will be required to work from our office location in Gurgaon. Works hours will be 11:30 AM to 4 PM from Gurgaon Office and 9 PM to 12:30 AM from Home.Face to Face Interview onlyResponsibilities:· Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions.· Build reusable and efficient components to optimize application performance.· Integrate third-party APIs and native modules when required.· Debug and fix issues across various devices and operating systems.· Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, consistency, and best practices.· Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.· Maintain proper documentation and contribute to the technical knowledge base.· Work closely with QA teams to ensure smooth testing and deployment processes.· Stay updated with the latest React Native, JavaScript, and mobile development trends.Qualifications:· Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science or MCA.· Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in React Native development.· Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.· Solid understanding of React fundamentals — components, hooks, state management, and lifecycle methods.· Experience with Redux, MobX, or other state management libraries.· Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.· Experience with native build tools like Xcode, Android Studio, and Gradle.· Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.· Experience with Git and version control best practices.· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket CI).· Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.· Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.Preferred Skills :· Experience working with TypeScript in production-grade apps.· Familiarity with React Navigation, NativeBase, or Styled Components.· Knowledge of Firebase, Push Notifications, and App Store / Play Store deployments.· Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.· Exposure to unit testing frameworks like Jest, Detox, or Mocha.Soft Skills:· Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.· Passion for learning new technologies and improving existing solutions.
