Key aspects include (among others): 1. Transaction Execution WorkDirectly interacting with clients & client representatives, investors/buyers/sellers, and other advisors involved in transactionsPreparation of transaction collaterals including Information Memorandums, detailed Business Plans & financial models with analysis and insightsValuation analysis and support for deal negotiationsCoordinating due diligence and documentation process 2.
