Job OverviewWe're seeking a skilled Data Support Professional to collaborate with clients on projects related to asset management.This role involves monitoring data support issues and resolving them within defined guidelines or escalating them to the right person. Our team uses cutting-edge support applications to monitor vital data pipelines and resolve issues promptly.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Addressing issues according to established guidelines and rules.Elevating issues to the appropriate person on call.Providing daily/weekly status updates.Maintaining proactive engagement and speaking up when necessary.Improving the overall Support process by providing inputs and feedback.Enhancing current documentation by adding new guidelines and updating old ones.Monitoring data support issues within defined SLA.The ideal candidate will have experience working with Python, databases (SQL), and AWS services like S3 and Redshift. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Computer Science or similar technical discipline.2+ years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist.
