The Operations Executive ensures smooth functioning of retail stores by coordinating operations,legal documentation, and compliance. The role also supports store teams in sales and new storeopenings. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and complete store opening checklist (staff, stock, POS, branding, licenses). • Ensure store legal documentation (licenses, renewals) is updated and maintained. • Act as the point of contact for stores on daily operational queries. • Support stores with stock, logistics, and customer issue resolution. • Provide operational assistance to backend/office teams to ensure smooth processes.Requirements Education: B. Com / BBA / LLB (preferred). • 1–3 years of retail or operations experience. • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Organized, proactive, and problem -solving mindset.Benefits PF ESI Health Insurance
