You'll work closely with warm leads to consult on our programs, providing expert guidance and support every step of the way.Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record in inside sales/consultative selling, with a proven ability to exceed targets in international edtech markets.Key Responsibilities:Advise career changers on how our world-class education can help them launch into a high-growth career.Build and manage a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.Provide in-depth information to interested students via phone and email.Guide learners through the enrolment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.Adhere to our inside sales process, tools, and data management processes and workflow.Requirements:2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience in international edtech markets.Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.Strong phone presence.Comfortable making 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive compensation and benefits package.We Are Equal Opportunities Employers:We value diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating an equitable and inclusive workplace culture.
