Headquartered in Bengaluru, Olyv was conceived in 2017 with a mission to provide financial inclusion to the underserved market. What to expect from the role
- Craft engaging content for customer lifecycle stages, including onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Utilize ChatGPT and AI tools to personalize content for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with the Customer Lifecycle Management team to align content with customer needs.
- Develop content for email campaigns, newsletters, in-app messages, and customer support.
- Ensure consistency with Olyv's brand voice and values.
Job Requirement:
- Proven experience in content writing, preferably in a B2C setting.
- Proficiency with ChatGPT and other AI content tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle management and content marketing.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualification/Work Experience:
- Internship experience or coursework related to content writing, marketing, or customer experience.
- Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for customer-centric marketing and content creation.
