We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to drive the implementation and integration of cloud projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leading teams, developing BI Publisher & OTBI reports based on business requirements, working with requirement gathering, effort estimation, and documentation of technical specs, ensuring on-time delivery and managing customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement integrations in OIC (Gen2/Gen3) using REST/SOAP, FBDI, XSLT mappings.Manage high-volume real-time integrations between Oracle Fusion & downstream apps.Use Fusion REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, BICC, BI Publisher, OTBI for extracts.Customize BIP reports, bursting (UCM/Email/FTP), and output documents.Build PL/SQL packages, functions & customize standard Fusion reports.Work with ATP / Autonomous DB / DBaaS.Required Skills:8+ years Oracle Cloud experience.Strong SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher expertise.Hands-on OIC integration experience (Gen2/Gen3).Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud / HCM Cloud technical experience.Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations in ERP/HCM.Proven Technical Lead experience: planning, estimation, guiding teams.Strong knowledge of BI tools, ESS jobs, and Fusion APIs.Benefits:Opportunity to work on end-to-end Oracle Cloud projects.Collaborative team environment.Others:Please submit your application with your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and skills.
