Job Description: .NET Full Stack Team Lead (Angular / .NET)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Full Stack Team Lead with a strong focus on front-end development using Angular. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, designing scalable applications, and delivering high-quality solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of .NET Core, Angular, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Design and develop scalable, robust, and secure applications using .NET Core and Angular.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and designers to gather and refine requirements.
  • Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Maintain a strong focus on front-end development, ensuring seamless user interfaces and experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2a years in a team lead role.
  • Expertise in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework.
  • Strong experience with Angular.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and Web APIs.
  • Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases and real-time data handling.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
