What Youll DoDrive M&A transactions end-to-end: mergers, acquisitions, demergers, divestitures, buybacks, succession planning, and integrations.Decode laws and regulations (Tax, FEMA, SEBI, Company Law, Stamp Duty) and turn them into practical client solutions.Create and deliver impactful presentations, valuations, and due diligence reports.Work directly with clients, counsels, and partners on high-stakes assignments.Spot opportunities to add value and build relationships.Mentor junior colleagues and grow into a future leader. Who Were Looking ForChartered Accountant (CA) with 23 years post-qualification experience.Must have worked in a Big 4 (M&A Tax / Transaction Advisory team).Confident in Income-tax Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, Company Law, Stamp Duty.Strong with numbers + strategy, not just compliance.Comfortable speaking with clients and simplifying complexity.Hungry to grow faster than the typical corporate ladder allows.
