Job Title: Oracle HCM Time and Attendance SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Oracle HCM Time and Attendance Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who desires a challenging position that combines technical expertise with organizational understanding.This specialist will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing the Oracle HCM Time & Absence module. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards.Must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Time & Absence configuration and implementation.Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence modules and business processes.Able to translate business requirements into functional and technical configurations.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing time attendance solutions that meet organizational needs and compliance requirements. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs for interfacing is highly desirable.
