LLM Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled LLM Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, deployment, and inference of Large Language Models.The ideal candidate will have expertise in MLOps and cloud-native architectures, with a proven track record of deploying and monitoring LLMs at enterprise scale. You will partner closely with data science, research, and product teams to streamline the end-to-end lifecycle of LLMs, from training and fine-tuning to inference and responsible AI governance.Infrastructure Design: Develop and implement scalable infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, deployment, and inference of LLMs.Operational Excellence: Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and lifecycle management.Responsible AI: Implement safety guardrails, compliance standards, and bias mitigation frameworks to ensure responsible AI.Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline LLMOps workflows.Pipelines and Automation: Build automation pipelines for retraining, dataset updates, and version management.Optimization: Evaluate tools and frameworks to improve performance, reduce latency, and optimize costs.Observability: Ensure full visibility into deployed models with monitoring and alerting via tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the development and deployment of Large Language Models.
