Graphic DesignerWe are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer who possesses expertise in performance marketing and creates high-performing ad creatives.About the RoleThe successful candidate will create ad creatives for digital platforms, working closely with the founder and performance marketing team to develop strong visual concepts that fit brand guidelines and deliver results.This role requires creativity, speed, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how design impacts performance.Your Responsibilities:Ad Creatives: Create high-quality static and motion creatives for digital platforms. Design multiple variations for A/B testing. Develop scroll-stopping concepts that attract the right audience. Understand ad placements and format requirements for each platform.Brand and Marketing Design: Design landing page banners and website graphics. Create email graphics, thumbnails, and social media visuals. Maintain visual consistency across brands. Translate briefs into clear and effective visual stories.Creative Strategy: Work with the performance team to understand what works and what does not. Analyze creative performance and contribute ideas to improve results. Take ownership of creative quality from start to finish.
