We deliver projects from inception through completion, embracing challenges to empower communities worldwide.Learn more at www.dar.com.Key Responsibilities:- Own delivery of engineering design packages from concept to IFC stage related to wet utilities such as potable water, sewer, stormwater, highway drainage.- Coordinate across design disciplines and manage design timelines and submittals.- Present technical inputs in client meetings and participate in approvals with authorities.- Develop project-specific design strategies and ensure compliance with QMS standards.- Review and validate design inputs, calculations, and modeling done by the team.- Provide constructive feedback to the team to enhance the quality of design or model.- Ensure alignment of BIM deliverables, LOD, and clash-free coordination across services.- Anticipate technical risks and lead resolution of design or site-related issues.- Monitor changes in scope and support variation documentation with technical justifications.- Provide feedback and coaching to engineers and drafters to raise technical quality.- Contribute to digital workflows, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Education and Professional Skills:- Bachelor's in civil engineering and/or in Water /Hydraulics Engineering discipline.- 10-20 years of relevant work experience in of infrastructure engineering design particularly water, wastewater and storm drainage networks.- Modelling experience using SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, HEC-HMS, HEC RAS, Infoworks ICM, WS Pro, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc…- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary consultancy.- Strong report writing skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports.- Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communication, initiative, motivation and a team player.Kind Note:* While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
