Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Compliance Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with experience in providing legal and administrative support, who is passionate about working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the COO and their Executive and Senior Management Teams with various tasks, including drafting routine correspondence and legal documents, managing and organizing legal files and documents, handling phone calls, emails, and other communications, conducting legal research, preparing and formatting legal documents, filing legal documents with courts and administrative agencies, communicating with clients, scheduling appointments and managing calendars for attorneys, assisting with billing processes, maintaining billing records, keeping track of billable hours and expenses, managing electronic filing systems and databases, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding client information and legal matters, collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff, and providing support to legal teams as needed.This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
