**Job Description**We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our team. As a ServiceNow ITOM Architect, you will be responsible for partnering with the business analyst and development team to transform requirements into viable solutions.The ideal candidate will have 9-13 years of experience in developing and designing solutions using ServiceNow Product suites, particularly in areas of ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM, and Event Management) and Enterprise Architecture (EA).Key Responsibilities:Analyze business problems to design and document solutions up front with technical and creative teams.Partner with the ServiceNow business analyst and development team to determine the best technical solution to address requirements.Perform testing in pre-prod environments to ensure that documented requirements are met.Prepare technical documentation for requirements, including form layout, fields, and workflows.**Required Skills and Qualifications:*** Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow specializing in ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM, and Event Management) and Enterprise Architecture (EA)* Design end-to-end architecture for ITOM across enterprise* Proficiency in Service Mapping to create and maintain accurate service topology maps* Experience with Event Management, including configuring event rules, alert correlation, and integration with monitoring tools* Hands-on experience with Cloud Management for provisioning and managing multi-cloud environments* Knowledge of Orchestration for automating IT processes and integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication skills and presentation skills at all levels in the organization
