Qualifications include a Master's or Doctoral degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, and a deep understanding of intrinsic device failure modes and accelerated testing methods.Responsibilities:Define reliability requirements at both intrinsic and product levels.Purchase test equipment and develop lab procedures to support these efforts.Collaborate with R&D teams on reliability analysis and other related projects.Requirements:M.S or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science.Strong leadership skills, ability to work independently, and team player mindset.Understanding of intrinsic device failure modes and accelerated testing methods.
